Your dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your SEO pipeline — what's healthy, what needs attention, and what to do next.

Overview

The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It aggregates signals from every part of the platform — crawls, keywords, content plan, publishing — into a single view. Signals are lightweight cached snapshots that update as background jobs complete.

Key concepts

  • System signals — small status indicators (e.g. "Crawl healthy", "3 briefs pending review") that summarize the state of each subsystem
  • Health cards — colored cards (green / amber / red) that surface the most important issues at a glance
  • Next-steps checklist — a dynamic to-do list that guides you through setup and ongoing maintenance (e.g. "Connect your CMS", "Approve content plan")
  • Pipeline status — a summary of running and completed jobs so you know when the system is actively working

How to use it

  1. Check health cards first — red cards need immediate attention
  2. Review the next-steps checklist and complete any pending items
  3. Glance at pipeline status to confirm jobs are progressing
  4. Drill into specific sections (Crawls, Keywords, Content) from the sidebar for details
