Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AISEO platform operated by AISEO ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Use the service to send spam or misleading content
- Overload the platform with automated requests beyond normal usage
- Resell access to the platform without our written consent
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform (documents, text, images). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Content generated by AISEO (articles, briefs, strategies) is owned by you once generated. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.
4. Website Crawling
By connecting your website, you authorize us to crawl and analyze its publicly accessible pages. We respect robots.txt directives and rate-limit our crawling to avoid impacting your site's performance.
5. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.), you authorize us to access your data on those platforms within the scopes you approve. You can revoke access at any time through the platform settings or directly through the third-party service.
6. Publishing
If you connect a CMS and enable auto-publishing, articles will be published to your website according to your configured settings. You are ultimately responsible for all content published on your website, including AI-generated content.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
8. Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. You can cancel at any time — your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific search rankings or traffic results.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
