When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and company name. We use magic links for authentication — we do not store passwords.

Website Data

When you connect your website, we crawl publicly accessible pages to analyze structure, content, and technical SEO factors. We also collect data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics if you choose to connect those integrations.

Uploaded Content

If you upload documents or paste text into the Knowledge Base, we store that content to extract business context used in content generation.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and browser/device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
  • OpenAI — AI-powered content generation and analysis
  • DataForSEO — keyword research and SERP data
  • Google APIs — Search Console and Analytics data (with your authorization)
  • Vercel — application hosting

Each third-party provider has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or a specific property, we delete all associated data including crawl results, generated content, and uploaded documents. Backups may persist for up to 30 days.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys), and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
